Rare 1931 Alfa Romeo 6C Protected From Raging Wild Fire Ash
A 1931 Alfa Romeo 6C Gran Sport 1750 was protected from the flying ash at La Dolce Vita Automobili by a new car cover design called the Touchless Car Cover. The ash was created by a nearby large, long-lasting brush fire.
The owners of Touchless Car Cover were setting up their vendor booth for at Black Horse in Monterey when event organizers asked if they would cover the rare Alfa Romeo in order to protect it from the heavy ash. The Touchless Car Cover provided superior protection against the elements for this fine automobile. As the show began at 9:30 the following morning, the Alfa Romeo 6C was gracefully unveiled for eager exhibitors and attendees to see.
La Dolce Vita Automobili was the newest car event to be staged during Monterey Car Week. The show featured a nice collection of Lamborginis along with some very rare European automobiles all colorfully displayed on the fairway of Bayonet Black Horse Golf Course.
