Touchless Car Cover Featured in Auto Express Weekly [UK]

If you don’t have a garage in which to work on your motor in bad weather, the new Touchless Car Cover from More Than Polish is the ideal solution. Looking like a pop-up tent, it claims to protect both you and your vehicle from dust, dirt, rain and wind.

Small hooks attach to the underside of your car to hold the cover in place, even in strong winds, and there are no metal parts that could corrode. Zipped doors provide easy entry from both ends, so you can drive your vehicle in and out of the kit.

The material is waterproof, and has been treated to give high UV resistance. But it can also be used inside a garage to keep dust off your bodywork. The cover is more than 16 feet long and six feet tall, so is suitable for large cars such as Lamborghinis and Bentleys. Some 4x4s will fit inside, too, although adjustable straps mean you can tailor the size to suit your vehicle. A security cable and padlock are supplied, while it folds into a small bag for storage.

Car Collector Magazine Showcases Touchless Car Cover

The Touchless Car Cover is the most revolutionary car cover to come along in a long time. Unlike a traditional car cover, it takes just seconds to put the Touchless Car Cover on your vehicle or take it off. Just drive in and drive out. If you use the old fashioned cover just after washing your car, you subject yourself to growing mold and bacteria under the cover and within those unreachable nooks and crannies. With the Touchless Car Cover, there’s no dust or trapped moisture. No chance for mold to grow. The car is allowed to dry naturally and dries without the accumulation of dust. Its UV 50+ rating will save your interior from the harmful effects of the sun and can be used both indoors and outdoors.

TCC to Protect Alfa Romeo BAT Concept Cars at Concorso Italiano

When dusk settles upon the grounds of Laguna Seca Golf Ranch on August 13, four ‘one-of-a-kind’ Alfa Romeo concept cars will be protected through the misty night by Touchless Car Covers.

Three of the BAT series cars date back to the 1950’s. Alfa Romeo and Concorso Italiano wanted the best car cover available to secure the safety and protect the finishes of this unique collection of automobiles. Thanks to the Blackhawk Museum, the legendary Alfa Romeo BAT (1953- 1955) cars will be joined with recently designed BAT 11 and be unveiled for public view at the Concorso Italiano on August 14.

The Touchless Car Cover has received accolades worldwide with sales abroad to Denmark, England, Australia, Dubai, Cyprus, Mexico, Romania and others. In addition, the product has garnered media exposure world wide including publications in Italy Spain, England and many in the United States. The design makes for easy storage when using the Touchless Car Cover outdoors. Additionally, there is a fascinating and easy set up process that allows the Touchless Car Cover to remain set up inside an garage so it can be used in a Drive-in Drive-out fashion. Legendary late night host and car enthusiast, Jay Leno, was right on target when he said, “Boy, this a cool product” during a prototype demonstration at Jay Leno’s Garage in Burbank, California.

After using the Touchless Car Cover a few times, users will find that they can set up or remove the cover in less than one minute.

Hemmings reviews the Touchless Car Cover – Better than traditional covers

Touchless cover
Developed by two gentlemen with boundless affection for all types of collector cars, the new Touchless Car Cover has been designed for automobile enthusiasts who have a dislike for the old-fashioned car cover. As a drive-in, drive-out cover, it eliminates the potential for smudged windows and grinding dust into the finish of your vehicle. It also offers access to your vehicle from either end while the cover is in place. Additionally, the cover can fit more than one car and installs or folds up in less than a minute.

Four categories of car products were judged. Car Care, Diagnostics/Tools, Safety, and Drivers aids. Winners were chosen for their usefulness, quality and innovation.

Car Care Product of the Year: “Touchless Car Cover” A true evolution in car covers, simple and easy to use. Makes lots of sense. Good for your car, no need for a custom cover and no more hassle from a dirty cover or more importantly a damp or wet cover.

Diagnostic/Tool of the Year: “OK Spark”. Why hasn’t someone thought of this before? A very simple tool used to quickly and easily determine if a cylinder is getting spark. This simple tool could save hours in basic engine misfire diagnosis and it fits in your tool box or pocket.

Safety Product of the Year: “CG Lock”. A very useful and simple device that makes seat belts safer and more secure for adult and child passengers. Inexpensive, well made, simple to use, and it really works. So good we are going to add this product to our inventory.

Driver’s Aid of the Year: “Travel John”. Alright, laugh all you want but this is an indispensable product for any family, trucker, or road warrior. A self contained disposable urinal for car travelers. We might order a case of these if we get some requests but they are available at lots of Auto Parts stores.
